In this training you’ll learn to teach mindfulness and yoga to elementary aged children.
We will build upon the Foundations From The Ground Up module.
-Learn age appropriate games and activities
-How to theme your classes
– How to bring this work into a school, which includes both children and staff
-Anatomy & Physiology
-Classroom management
-Introduction Energy Medicine for children
-Learn to teach chair yoga techniques
