Foundations From The Ground Up
Do you love yoga? Do you love kids? Do you want to learn how to teach yoga to children? Twist Kids Yoga is a Registered Children’s Yoga School based out of Charlotte, NC and we are so excited to be offering a kids mindfulness and yoga training.
In this training, you’ll learn:
-The foundations for teaching yoga to children
-What it means to be a children’s yoga teacher
– How to teach to different ages
– Breath techniques, appropriate asanas for children, mindfulness activities & games/stories
-Ethics/Yamas & Niyamas
-Understanding of the child’s developing brain
-Trainees will also get a chance to practice teaching a class to children

Times:
Friday January 26th 5:30-8:30pm on zoom
Saturday & Sunday January 27th/28th 8:30am-6:00pm at Life Time

Cost: $450.00
