I loved the movie ‘Inside Out’ because I felt it was so related to yoga & mindfulness. Through yoga & mindfulness we can teach the kids that it’s ok to feel their feelings. We are all made of emotions and at certain times in our lives we may feel an emotion stronger than at other times. What would life be like if JOY was your lead emotion? What would life be like if SADNESS was your lead emotion? What would life be like if ANGER was your lead emotion? What would life be like if FEAR was your lead emotion? What would life be like if DISGUST was your lead emotion? Did you have an imaginary friend when you were younger? Did he/she do anything extraordinary?
