Cloud breath

‘Cloud breath’ is a soothing way to get calm while feeling the sense of ones own breath on their hand. It can also be done at a mirror and the sense becomes seeing ones breath. This mindful breathing exercise is a good & basic way to teach children about understanding breath. 

  
You’ll need:

•A mirror or just your hand. ☁️ Place one of those options in front of you. 

•Breathe in ☁️

• Exhale out and let the exhale be released  onto your hand or the mirror. ☁️

Breathe! ☁️

Have fun! ☁️

Be playful!☁️
